Teen Titans #1 – 100 Page Comic Giant – Review – Walmart Exclusive (SPOILERS)

Walmart has 4 exclusive DC Comic Book specials that are only available in their store. The books themselves are in the form of anthology books that have several stories from different continuities and different timelines. This review is based of off the Teen Titans comic which has four stories involved, two of which have Tim Drake and one has Conner Kent aka Superboy. This was awesome to read and some of the characters being shown have been sorely missed in current DC Comics.

Alpha Flight #106 – Review – Northstar’s Coming Out as One of Marvel’s First Gay Superheroes

It is not much of a secret that Jean-Paul Beaubier, aka Northstar, is a gay Mutant in the Marvel Universe. His story of officially coming out in 1992’s Alpha Flight #106 was not a subtle story and quite emotional to read. The issue involves a tear jerker plot with the Canadian superhero finding an baby in a trash can that is HIV positive and only has a short while to live...

Flash Wars in Flash #48 is looking to reconnect old characters...
