I did not attend San Diego Comic Con this year, but I had a lot of friends who did make it. They took a few pictures here and there of guys in costume. At least as much as they could. SDCC is not known for being a huge cosplaying event but there are still a few here and there that show off their skills. Here’s a few of the pics that they sent me. Thanks Nik and Guy!
New York Comic Con 2017 was incredible! I saw so many awesome costumes and displays. I spent most of it with my buddies in costume. We went to a Ghostbusters experience and I volunteered at the LGBT HQ booth on the last day of the con. I also got to show off my new Ray costume, which I loved! I still have to make some modifications and I may paint the helmet gold, but I haven’t decided yet. Here’s a bunch of the pics.
Everyone experiences DragonCon differently Here’s a glimpse of what my friends experienced this past year. It is a great convention and cosplayers from all genres enjoy it. I had a great time this year, but it was all due to me spending it with my friends. I can’t wait to do it again!
There may be lots of Dragon Con happiness in this video. Beware to see lots of positive happiness between lots of people. It’s one of the best cosplayer cons in the world and I would never pass a chance up to share this experience with my friends and bestest buddies, ever!
DragonCon 2017 was a lot of fun! Here’s a bunch of the pics that I took. I was slightly sick from a cold, but nothing too extreme luckily. What was even better was that I got a couple people’s pics with the GayComicGeek costume on, and I think many came out great. I took quite a few Patreon.com/GayComicGeek pics as well. Those will be posted over on that site. Anyways, here’s a bunch of the public pics that I took.
This is a bit unlike most of my other videos, but I am putting up my convention/festival videos on this channel now. This is a bit of my experience at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire on 8/6/2017. It was my buddy Dan’s (DannyLantern) 30th birthday. Awesome guy and a great group of buddies! This is a bit long, but lots of fun.
I went to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire this past weekend with some buddies and it was a lot of fun. We mostly were doing a pirate thing. I’ve always wanted to do my own take on being a pirate. This was a perfect opportunity!
I figured I’d stay away from most of the Captain Jack Sparrow look and do something more colorful. Although I did do the eyeliner bit. That’s something that I put a vote on my Patreon site and they all mostly agreed that it would look better...
Every comic book convention is unique and San Diego Comic Con is like the Superbowl of comic cons. So understandably, there are some super smoking hot guys that attend these cons. I had several friends attend this year and they all took some wonderful pics. Lots of hot geeky guys, and here’s a couple that I saw that I thought look pretty darn sexy!
There’s a few conventions around the world that are dedicated to several different genres, however there are only a handful that are more about the con-goer rather than the entertainment block. Katsucon is one of those conventions. The idea is to be inclusive to all different types of costuming, which includes anime, gaming, superheroes, and combos of the bunch. Generally this a lot of fun to…
It’s comic book day and the first issue to DC Comics Wonder Twins from the Wonder Comics imprint has been released. These aliens from the planet Exxor are trying to fit in at a new high school and be a part of the Justice League. They still have their shape shifting abilities, but that’s not the main purpose of this book. Written by Mark Russell and drawn by Stephen Byrne. Check out my…
