Robin III – Cry of the Huntress – DC Comic Book Mini Series Review (Tim Drake Baby!)

Tim Drake is my boy. He is the best Robin (in my opinion) and my favorite comic book hero of all time. In his third mini series known as Robin III – Cry of the Huntress has him once again on his own taking down a mafia counterfeit ring while taking on one of Batman’s physically strongest villains – KGBeast. Luckily he has the help of the Huntress on his side, but that still does not make it much easier for him. Awesome series and paves the way for Robin to have his own ongoing series not long after this one ended.

  1. Ahhh…the speculator boom of the 90s. When every other comic cover had to have a special enhancement so they would supposedly be worth more later. It was an excuse to jack up the price. Anyway, I think I bought the enhanced covers for this mini-series. I haven’t read it since it first came out. Maybe I’ll get the issues online and re-read it. I really tried to like the Helena Bertinelli Huntress but I just couldn’t. The memory of the awesome Helena Wayne Huntress still lurked in my head and Bertinelli was a poor substitute. That is an awesome shirt too.
