New York Comic Con 2018 was a blast. I didn’t get to do everything I wanted to since I was only there for 3 days, but it felt like I did a lot regardless. I volunteered at the LGBTHQ Booth and went to their after party at Boxers. There was a lot of new info for upcoming comic books and TV shows that made me squeal like a kid when I found out about it. I also took a ton of pics, of costumers running around. Many of which, I was highly impressed! Here are a few of them and I hope you enjoy!
Have you seen the trailer for the New Mutants? It looks like a horror movie. Which would be fine and a new approach. Fox is trying to keep everything as ‘real’ as they can, but I’m just not digging this. They want to recreate a movie as successful as the Logan movie and I can see that they want to stay away from costumes and stereotypical comic book scenarios, but this just didn’t pull me in. What do you think?
New York Comic Con 2017 was incredible! I saw so many awesome costumes and displays. I spent most of it with my buddies in costume. We went to a Ghostbusters experience and I volunteered at the LGBT HQ booth on the last day of the con. I also got to show off my new Ray costume, which I loved! I still have to make some modifications and I may paint the helmet gold, but I haven’t decided yet. Here’s a bunch of the pics.
There were tons of super hella hot guys at New York Comic Con this past week. The women were obviously getting the most attention, but the guys still got some luvin’ here and there though. A couple of them caught my eye. Here’s a few of them.
This just in, the first issue of All New All Different Avengers is out! This is a completely new line up that has familiar title characters, but with different faces that are filling those roles. Check out my thoughts on the first issue in the video below.
This was an interesting movie/season. I liked the celebrities being added in and I really liked the central theme of New York being a cutthroat city. Check out Lucas Entertainment. It’s a great site and I’m loving many of their flicks.
It’s the end of Iceman’s adventures by writer Sina Grace. We have Bobby Drake trying to get to his birthday party that’s being thrown by his X-Buddies and family, but he’s encounters his future self, Ice Master. Ice Master warns him of his future errors from falling in love with Wolerine’s son, Daken and the calamity that this causes the universe. Check out my thoughts on this final issue…
