I’d go with Campus Pizza as far as talking about pizza-themed gay porn. That’s a Joe Gage movie, and a classic. You can’t go wrong there.
I think there was a gay pizza delivery-themed porno site way back in the early day of streaming video porn sites. It didn’t last for very long–a couple of years, but no more than that. I think the concept was a lot better than the execution in that case.
