Yep, DC Comics actually has the cojones to make a mainstream comic with a GAY character as the title superhero. It’s not the first time that this has happened technically, but it’s still a bid deal. I’m glad they choose a cool badass guy to lead this comic.

Loved Midnighter #1. Can’t wait for #2. If you haven’t read Stormwatch and Authority pick them up to get the pre solo comic storyline
I really enjoyed the issue too. I’m glad they didn’t shy away from Midnighter being a gay man, which they did in his last solo series. I bought the digital version, which doesn’t have the Twix ad in it. I think they’re only doing that for June so you only have to suffer for a month.
