For Christmas can we, your long time followers, finally the light saber you duel with more of the flesh variety?
The last time I had real Star Wars Fever was when Empire came out. I was fifteen years old and I saw it 15 times in the theatre, from first week madness in summer to end of fall (movies did stay in theatres months and months at a time 35 years ago) — I was the only person in the cinema on my last matinee viewing, and I ate it up. After all that George Lucas did in the last 20 years to destroy his legacy, I really had no interest leading up to this new movie. But with all the trailers and positive reactions coming our way the past few weeks, I am really looking forward to seeing this! Thursday, 7 PM, IMAX 3D! Less than 36 hours to go! WooHoo!
I still want to see this lightsaber duel you’ve got planned. But yes, I am very, very excited. I will be seeing it for the first time with my Godmother at Christmas. We are going to try and go on Christmas day, or the nearest approximate.
